Haier, a leader in the domestic electrical household appliances industry, ranked number one with a 78.9 percent market share.
Sino Market Research Ltd. published an analysis of retail sales data in more than 800 markets in 75 cities around China. According to the report, sales of inverter-controlled refrigerators have increased from 1.5 percent in 2003 to 3.4 percent in 2004, an increase of 147.3 percent year on year.
