James Dyson, inventor of the bagless vacuum cleaner, believes a digital motor designed for one of his newest machines could on day be used in cars.
The tiny power plant might even lead to the creation of the own-brand Dyson automobile.
“We have had enquiries from aerospace companies and a car company”, said the billionare. “Aeroplanes in particular want powerful, high speed, lightweight, reliable motors, so they are taking a great deal of interest in it!”

Dyson has announced a new range of cleaners that gets rid filters altogether, meaning that you never have to do anything other than clean your floors and carpets.
