Once again it is time for one of the UK Whitegoods twice yearly meetings to take place in it’s traditional slot of the the last weekend in September.
This time around we will, again as usual, have some interesting discussion and comment as well as some very interesting guests attending the meeting. You can view the agenda and find out more by clicking the “read more” link to see the full agenda.
As is usually the case we like to keep these meetings a little more informal in style and, as such, we tend not to allocate specific times to each section, instead allowing them to have as much or as little time as the attendees feel is appropriate on each one.
The agenda is as follows:
Morning Session
Consumer Law
Home Assistance
ISDAL update – Dave Highton
MFI update -Jim Frow
ISE update – John Hopwood
ISE Logistics – Sean Delaney
Afternoon Session
The Good, The Bad & The Awful – Manufacturers, insurers and work providers, who’s good, who’s bad, who’s awful?
ISE Rentals
ISE WEEE John Hopwood & Ian Dales
UKW update – Ken Watt
The Mars Cooperative Lawrence Carey & Ian Dales
Other Business
The Whitegoods Trade Association – Lawrence and team
Let’s also just say that there is the chance to meet some manufacturers, work providers and insurers, some of whom are looking to recruit agents. You never know who you will meet at these events but it is very much worthwhile attending.
The meeting kicks off at 10:30am on Friday morning at the Millers in Sibson, you can find out more about the venue, including directions from this link
We hope you can make it and look forward to seeing you there.
