The Whitegoods Trade Association (WTA) autumn meeting takes place on the 25th September in Wolverhampton.
Doubtless as usual there will be a number of things to talk about from recent trade events including the potential takeover of Rangemaster that will affect members that service Rangemaster products.
Of course there is more than just this to provide topics, the WEEE Directive investigation that shows that the directive isn’t working will also no doubt be on the agenda as well as, what government is going to do about it.
Ebac hope to launch around the same time as the meeting, what will happen?
Getting engineers, is it just going get harder?
Plus there are a few guests in attendance that wish to talk to current repair agents, perhaps recruit new ones or simply want to hear what the repairers think.
The meeting kicks off around 10:00am and runs till mid afternoon and, it is worth attending if you are interested in the industry and what’s going on.
