    Andy, washvacs website is no longer they are now parts center if you have a account, your account number log in has changed, email them and they will give you a new account number also have to fill a new form takes 2 to activate, im still waiting

    yes had trouble yesterday could not get washvac or partscenter on line they must be upgrading there website as I said good luck

    Go to washvac.com instead of washvac.co.uk
    washvac.com still works with old account number and password . I have just sent an order on that site .
