Ok, so if i’m going to order, as I already ordered the belt and motor and know need to order the pump, I want to save on transportcost and maybe wait for info if I need to order other parts. I just read in my previous thread that I might replace drum rolllers, as this could be the reason why the pulley gets bad so fast. I did not yet check if there are again traces of the plastic everywhere. Will check it before I start to order.

So the drying issue will be solved if the pump is replaced?

dont know about the drying issue that could be something else. unless the pump is failing and your getting a container full sign

have you checked the owners manual as some dryers you can adjust dryness level

if the container is the place where the clothes are in, it’s not full with Water.

I always dry at max heat level.

no i know that but the full sensor is in the pump housing so if the pump fails you will get the container full lamp even though you dont use it

also there is no heat as such in your dryer only waste heat from the compressor. the machine senses the dryness of the washing and stops the cycle when this is reached. you can often alter this dryness though the control panel and the info to do this is in the user manual

I will check the led of the container if it goes on, I don’t think i went on, will keep an eye.
So now about the heat issue, what else can I check before i start ordering..?
I replaced the pulley, even the belt, as i was not yet broken , I just never replaced it before and it shows traces of damage.

    .

there is no real heat in these dryers
look in the owners manual and see if you can alter the dryness settings. The only manual i can find is in another language so i cant check

Dave , what do you mean that there is no real heat ? Is the type I have without heat pump ? What causes then the heat ? The settings as said : are all maximum so more heat will be given .

with the model you have given it has a heat pump not an element. the heat in the unit is only waste heat from the compressor

since the compressor is about 500w that all the heat power in the unit. Compare that to the normal 2000w heater

we get a lot of customer complaining about them like ” they take ages to dry”. Also you will never get creases out with that little heat

It should be a original one, … .

So I should send them the picture?

or can it be that something else causes this ?

The link to the part as you can see it says original

the dryer did the job well in te beginning , after replacing the first part (the ventitlator) , it worked again as good as needed. AFter replaces the first motor pulley a few years ago, the dryer again worked well.
So this time, after replacting the motor pulley again and for the first time the tumble belt, the heat is not that great as the clothes are not so dry after one cycle.

I took the time to check if the pully still shows some damage, this this no plastic arround everywhere, the pulley is clean. So I put it the first time in a wrong way.

Now, I again cleaned as much as I can from the filters and the places arround the filters. I started a programm: cotton (should be the programma that gives the heatest air) then some towels, in it, that are allowed to use the highest programm, with it also the dryness to maximum. spin speed maximum, and the and the anti-crease is on.

See how they come out in first cycle.

Is this what you mean with follow what manual says?

see link for original manuel with english starting from page 79:

I also remin that once, the dryer was completely dead, we send the electronic part (chips on it) to a expert to fix it. from then the dryer worked back again. Is it possible that the water hardness must be reconfigured after this fix? I did not do that, maybe this causes the heat issue?

    yes would go with that

manual say you can adjust to compensate for water conductivity values. machine is set to average but it also says its more noticable on iron dry and any cycle thats meant to leave things damp

main things with these dryers is air flow which is provided by a seperate fan motor at the rear

as a long shot when you were working on it did you disturb the brush that senses the dryness running on the drum ?

forget to add: I also cleaned the ventialtion grill at front, near the filter .
It’s first time, now the tumble is buzzy, I feel warmth if I put my hand close to the door.

About the separate fan motor at the rear, that was replaced once (I called in in my previous message the ventilator), this was the first replacement. How can I know if this part needs to be fixed again? The first time we had an issue of coldness, not really heatness. But I can still feel heatness, so chances the seperate fan motor at rear is still ok.

Which brush? When I had to replace the belt, I had to remove the parts at the back, I put everything back, well lets say my father in law came to visit then he took over after I placed the new belt, to put everything back, as he has more experiences then me. But if I need to check , just in case… .is the brush you mentioned that part at the back that holds the drum in place?
