About the water hardness, average yo said,I reas in a service manual that I finally found:

the unit in the manual: average is between 300-600 µS/cm but the hardnes in my village is with °F unit: between 30.5 – 46.8 °F

I’m not sure how to calculate … . google does not convert these units..

Ok, I don’t have to mix the °F with the us/cm, after googling the numbers of my city, It seems I need to go for above 600 . The first cyles just finised: result are amazing, I still can feel the heat, cleaning the filter , that feels warm.

I checked the conductivity level, it was already on max, so the chip replacement did not reset the values.

Next , after the washingmachine is finished, some clothes need to dry, but not on max heat capacity, otherwise the clothes goes schrinking… .

so in stead of cotoon, it will be a level lower, and in stead of maximum heat it wil be in the middle.

I have not checked the brushes, will do it later if needed.

    Dear

The cycle took a long time to finish but the clothes were dry. it’s strange that it took at least 5 hours , even more, to dry.

then my wife told me that the times always are different.

not long now a second group of clothes were put in the dryer, and I don’t feel heat from the door, maybe because the dryer just started for a few minutes… .

    Will follow up.

How come the dryer takes more time to finish one cycle?

fabric types, does the washing hold more water such as jeans and towels etc

at 22:15 I saw on the screen 1 (minute) but dryer still active untill 23:15 ! . So from 14:00hours until 23:15 to complete one cylce and now the results:

I could feel some wetness here and there only one smal child underwear I could see it was wet .

and the indicator ‘clean base filters lights up, but after opening the base filters, they are as clean as they can be , as I just clean them .

So after 3 cyles the indicator lights up, even the user manual give as an example … i.e after 3 drying cycles .. and he heat echanger should be cleaned every 6 months.
in general, I would not thing to clean the filter after 3 cylces, but as these cyles took zo much time.. and I would suspect if the cylce took so long, the clohtes would be all dry , but no.. .

There were only 3 small childrens jeans shorts al the rest were most children clothes , and some small wipes (for cleaning the ground of kitchen table, .. ).

If the issue is the fixed heat echanger that is full of dost, that I cannot take out to clean, Then I need to thinks twice before ordering other pieces.. .

    Any advise welcome

not sure what else to advise. not seen many of these dryers yet so my knowlege is still sketchy at best. If its not drying properly then its could be a sensor problem at least showing a filter clean indication before its necessary could indicate that.
have you had the rear off and inspected the fan as sometimes the blades can start to block. reducing air flow

So I have to open the rear side and leave it open whiled the dryer turned on ? And then check if the fan drops regularly?

you have to open the rear and check the fan blades for lint build up

its a long shot but worth a look

Dear as dryer was started yesterday and took until in the evening I manages today to open the rearside.

NOt that much dust, I cleaned id. but the belt needs to be replaced.

    see pictures.

I tried to use the vacuum cleaner to take the dus out of the heating element, but the dust doesn’t come out.
So what do you think? buy a new one or go for it and disasemble all , to clean the heat element.

or you said that it can be the sensors..
Maybe step by step… (easiest first to try).

the fluff in the heat exchange does not look that bad. Your dryer does not have a heater as its a heat pump system

I took some time to read the service manual I find another one that has extra pages, it shows a troubleshoot for exact my issue: lang cylce and result still not 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d}. it says to check the efficiiency of the heat pump see page 55 service manual that I shared , but how can I check it? I need to compare it with the graphics.

If this efficiency is lower in the results after comparing, then the troublshoot tells me to recharge gas or replace complete base (what is this?)

    Check the compressor performance
    by comparing the temperature data
specified in the chapter (Checking the
    heat pump performance).
    Are the compressor performance data
    the same as those specified?

if yes then : Appliance OK, run the diagnostics
    programme.

    if no then:
    Replace the complete base or
    recharge the closed gas circuit.

and the graph shows expected temperatures at 4 points over time. you would need to measure these temps and compare it to the expected reading

bear in mind though if its not to spec you cant fix it
