Thanks guys, it is nice to hear that the book is living up to expectations. I had to laugh earlier though when I received this email from Graham Dixon who wrote the Haynes manual…
Graham Dixon wrote:Hi Ken,
Thanks for sending me a copy of the Fault Code booklet and what a great little booklet it is – at 10 quid it is a must have for all.
The content, layout and quality are top notch and you never told me it was to be in colour – no wonder getting a sensible price for printing was a problem.
I am sure that once the trade realises how useful such material can be and that by purchasing this first edition would give UKW the confidence and impetus to produce even more such vital information.
If this level of information at such a low price does is not purchased by all in the trade then I suggest that the next project should be a small but powerful explosive suppository (supplied free of charge – I for one would sponsor such a device) to all who do not know a good thing when its put in front of them.
My thanks to Graham for the last paragraph which really did make me smile this morning. 🙂
