Cheers Martin. Still weird that it gets a warning about phishing though. First I’ve ever seen.

Gentlemen, I’m not sure if many over you realises but, whenever anyone posts comments in this thread THE man at Go Local Repairs is automatically prompted (as he is after all an official trade member) and visits the site to read what’s been said. As he did a short while ago today in fact. So, if you have any serious comments you feel need to be discussed in open forum then this may well be your perfect opportunity to prompt a response….?

So what your saying Martin is he knows that even today, he has read about guys he knows he owes money to but still doesn’t settle and that he continues to try to get guys to do work for him knowing he won’t pay them.
Nice, bet he’s laughing all the way to the bank, with more of the guys money!

I got called out in november to fix a dishwasher for go local,still not been paid . Numerous phone calls and emails all I get back in email from BEVERLY in accounts is I must be patient as they have hundreds of engineers to pay,yea like I believe that after all these comments . It makes me so angry that we the engineers do all the hard work for a nominal call out fee and they GO LOCAL get all the profits. 👿

Funny one this and, I’m only publishing it because whoever was using the Golocal account last night ran amok posting stupid characters on the site for some unfathomable reason.
On the 0800 Repair page whoever was on that account posted last night that;
golocalreactive ( info@golocalreactive.co.uk, IP: 2.96.213.238 ) — 2013-04-23 19:05 wrote:Taking these idiots to court. 6 jobs done and still no money and they treat me like the bad guy when I chase. I know im not the only one but our ‘non disclosure agreement’ prevents us speaking out. It’s like an appliance repair illuminati or something
Then that comment was deleted and a whole heap of rubbish posted on various pages, which has all been removed.
I suspect though that this was an attempt to besmirch the competition given the comments in here that have been levelled at Golocal and the comments around the web about them.
So, here’s the deal for whoever posted up all that crap, I’m not having it on this site.
I don’t want to talk to you about it in any way, you’re being told point blank and in public that if there is any more of it then I will disable your account. Mainly because I don’t have the time nor inclination to deal with supposed professionals acting like kids in a playground and, using this site for that purpose.

Looks like another of Mr Waterhouse’s company’s has gone tits up, that’s no surprise at all to me.

Also with regard to your post Ken, it seems obvious to me that Mr Waterhouse posted that rubbish on the other forums, probably in a last bitter outburst after finding he’s messed another business up!.

On the site this evening from someone claiming to be a former employee…
No scam but yes the companies closed. Closed a few weeks ago as just out of money. Everyone out of a job and last I heard the directors having to declare himself bancrupt. Not just engineers lost out, tough times for all 🙁

What a shame for all the repairers (and customers) who didn’t get the word that this company was a scam, fly by night outfit.
Had the idea of Kwatt or the mods emailing all repair agents on there mailing list and advising them of this type of company, if and when they show there ugly head in the future.
I’m sure there are a lot of members on this site that would have loved to have a heads up on this one.
