Not from where I’m sat, it’s unchanged. (I’m using IE8 by the way if that makes any difference?)
Oh, and the spell check I gave earlier…(Recommeded) 😉

Sorry, should be fixed when we refresh it later. I thought it’d been done.
You now have access to the next bit Martin that’s not on general release yet. The mods have also have tried it and, so far so good but I’ll let Martin and the mods report back before it goes on general release.

How’s it coming along Ken? I have found that it works via my smartphone. In fact I posted a service request and got an email straight away, very good.:D
However it still won’t work on my PC via IE8 so dunno what I’m doing wrong there I’m sure. 😕

:hmm: Very odd indeed, I wonder if others using IE8 are having the same issue?
Just to clarify: Engineer search works fine, in fact I’ve checked several postcode regions all over the UK and that side of it works for me. What doesn’t work at all is the button ‘Send An Enquiry’, it just won’t open. 😕

Have you tried it recently as changes were made as it was a popup but now it isn’t.

Same here using IE, no response when you click Send Enquiry.
Just tried using Chrome and the enquiry button works on that but there is another problem with Chrome.
There are two boxes to enter your post code, in IE you can enter the first part of the post code in the first box and the second part in the second box.
However when using Google Chrome you can only enter the first part of your postcode in the first box, it will not let you enter anything into the second box.???

In IE unable to “send enquiry” 😕
Firefox no problems whatsoever enquiry sent. Receiving repairer email and customer email both recieved in under a minute 😀
Chrome is exactly the same as Firefox 😀
Seems the issue is with IE then :rolls:
As an aside I do find the site runs much faster in Firefox and Chrome.

One stupid bit of code for a button caused it.

Enquiry button now works fine, confirmation emails come through quick as well.
Two little problems :rolls:
The click to find button overlaps UK postcodes only.
The calendar button by the preferred visit date isn’t working.
But it was okay on the other platforms.
