In case he asks I have just deleted a post by randomrob in the dishwasher forums. It was posted at the end of a thread on a Hotpoint/Bosch DWF30 heater problem.
Post as follows,
The way i do these machines is to turn them upside down, make sure you put down some towels down as water will come out the top of the metering tank but its well worth it as it gives you full access to the element/ circ pump etc and can be done in about 30 mins.
Now I know several people in the trade do do this but its not the best piece of advice to give in the public forums.
He has been a member since 2006, appears to be trade but doesn’t seem to have applied for trade access. 😕
30 minutes, yeh right. :rolls:

Ken and John have just been made honorary life members of the quickwash private club by the looks of it 😆

One thing is for sure, the machine is unlikely to break down, she can’t have time to use the darned thing. 😛 😆

Is this suitable advice to give out in the public forums?

you are probably right but loking at the posts he has contributed to he must be in the trade. Problem is if joe public looks at his username they will assume he is trade and that all he says is gospel.

His reply to the poster with the old Indesit quotes a module price that is 50{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} higher than it actually is as well. :rolls:

Heres another one I am not replying to anymore. Out of work, buying scrappers off fleabay then using our advice to do them up and sell on.
So as a tax payer I am paying his benefits and he wants us to help him to take trade away from kosher tradespeople. As they say on Dragons Den, “I’m out” 😈

PS, I have PM’d applianceman2010 asking him if we can have a little talk on the ‘dark side’. 😉

Is there a reason why this person has not been granted trade access or has he been sending e-mails to the wrong place?
