Got totally peed off by Dr Dill and gandh1 trying to knock lumps out of each other earlier so blitzed a few posts in the ‘identify a bosch’ thread.
Dr Dill kindly responded by posting a ‘Big Brother’ jibe which I have duly consigned to the bin.
He is starting to get up my nose somewhat, although I must admit that one of the things I find most annoying about his posts his his truly awful spelling and grammar. 🙂
In some ways he is to be pitied, its a truly sad character who argues just for the sake of it. 😥December 31, 2010 at 12:11 am #284511kwatt
KeymasterI’d let it run.
He’s making a complete t**t of himself all by his lonesome.

I’m sure all at ISE will show Chezza the same kind of support and commitment he has just displayed HERE if he ever needs someone to go the extra yard for him. :rolls:
With friends like him, who needs enemies. 😥

He’s a troublemaker alright. He’s got a serious beef with ISE/UKW/Amica for some reason, you ought to see the emails when people were trying to help him, basically…
He says that he wants some work, John says he’ll get back to him.
John does a couple months later.
He says, sorry you never got in touch so I don’t want your work, shove it.
Then proceeds to tell John how he may be out of business.
A complete tw4t from what I can see.
Next up, Mo6 is a raving loon by the looks of it. Mind you, she is a Yank.
She’s got six kids and lives HERE. See the “A”… go left to the big building and that’s where she is. So on a pukka working farm, six kids… that’s f00kin’ commercial use not domestic!!!

Better get it repaired quick before MumOf6 becomes Mumof7 or 8.
I am surprised she’s got time to do any washing, that why it took her and a half months
to realise she hadn’t had it repaired!January 25, 2011 at 4:51 pm #284516johnmac11

Does anyone think that Martin is trying to make mumof6 loose the plot here…
I think we should send the men in black to see him for making matters worseJohn

Na, Martin’s actually done the whole thing a favour in some ways.
He’s cast doubt on Mo6’s motives and seeming averseness to calling the agent who, she apparently bl00dy knows!!!
He’s wound chezza right up. So no bad there.
The laugh is apparently the agent tried to call once or twice to order parts, didn’t get through so didn’t then bother to do it later, forgot, whatever. I mean it could well be just one of those things that happen, you know an accident, where there’s actually no blame and no-one to claim. However, being of the American sort she probably won’t see it that way.
She never called until sometime in December wondering why it wasn’t done and then we run into all the mayhem.
Bottom line, no-one here knew feck all about it till the middle of December.
And it needs… wait for it….
Inner drum
Rear half with bearings
Water valve
Possible pump
Control PCBThat’s the most parts we’ve ever used on a 5-2 in one hit.
And, it’s probably the delay in booking it back in as it’s not a two minute job.

Makes sense when you look at it that way.
As for not getting through to order spares, why dont you just ask all agents to order via email?? It would free up the phone lines and make life easier.John

KeymasterHa, some of them don’t know how to switch on a PC let alone send an email!!!

KeymasterShe’s not the Yank.
The Yank is the one that’s so dirty we’re struggling to get an engineer to go to.
Two of the guys have been and both say it’s disgusting.

Or give agents the option? Email including job number, model & Serial etc… Would defo cut incoming calls if even just by a bit, and is fully traceable 🙂

KeymasterThat option is there, a lot of the guys do that. 😉

Okay. Set up. Now, can someone do me a favour please…
Can someone cleverly word a post that sorta says that owing to the fact that the machine is covered by insurance that ISE are forced to follow the contractual obligations and that within a public forum and discussion are unlikely to discuss much more than the letter of the law as it were by the insurer.
Did you not ask to speak to someone in authority at ISE? (she didn’t)
Happy ******ing days. 🙁
Got another raving lunatic on today and she’s not even bought one yet. Another that thought a repair in less than 36 hours was ludicrous, including a diagnosis visit then a fix. Another that thinks a two-hour delivery slot is unreasonable, they want an exact time…
What is it with loonies this weather?
