Those are historical from the first day the module was live so they may well have been missed there or been testing the codes.

I’ts easy to see at a glance anyway so we can check, but they ain’t dated due to space limitations. 😕

The above is a problem that will be resolved soon I hope.

It also depends on whether you told us to fire everything in the are to you, if you listed brands you cover then only those would be added.

Again, that problem goes away in time with version 2 of Repairs@ (once we fund it) as you’ll be able to login and allocate stuff yourself without our intervention.

Found several of my postcodes for Bosch,Neff Seimens appliances in list, did report NR7 not working couple of months ago.

Panther, you have now been added, your original fax was totally illegible (not your fault).

Sparkey, the three NR7’s that show on Kevin’s list was you testing 😉 so you haven’t lost any work. NR7 missing will be dealt with of course.

Bryan, I have changed you settings to include all makes of appliance as you didn’t indicate on the fax half the one’s you mention above, if there’s any you particlarly don’t want to repair let me know please.

Note; I have been off line for sometime due to a malfunctioning whiz computer thingy. It had been covered with over 3,000 bugs that my mcafee bug killer did not pick up at all. NICE.

Hi Dave.

As far as I can tell you haven’t sent the forms to Ken for repairs@, you are in the directories though for the NN postcodes.

If you go to the downloads and fill in the repairs@ application form the fax it to Ken it will be done PDQ for you.

I believe you signed the members charter already at the September UKW meeting.

Yeah OT, Dave is perfectly correct, I do not have the Repairs@ form but I do have your signed charter, so there’s no problem there.

We need the Repairs@ info for several reasons, there’s nothing we have to hide about it, because of the Data Protection Act I need your permission to forward the information to potential clients be that private or commercial. So, to keep us all on the right side of the law I need the boxes checked off and I know it’s a pain in the ass and I know we already have most of the information but I’d rather have it right.

So, what I came up with was a form that I hope allows us to store the information for the future so we don’t have to ask the same old dumb questions a year later. Hopefully it’ll save everyone grief in the long run, if a little pain in the short.

You can get the form from the downloads section, then PDF’s and I think its the one at the bottom of the first page there. Just fill in the balnks and send it back, job done. 😉

And just as a little aside, there’s been abother 100+ calls added to the list since we cleared it the other day.

Currently the rough stats are running at 20 calls a day getting placed through Repairs@

Unbeknown to me, since rig didn’t bother to tell me, we’ve had another two calls off Repairs@ this week!

One was a scrapped WW FF which was a bust really but the other was a nice fan element job in Glasgow, £82.92 for jobs like that I’ll have all day long every day thanks! 😀
