Hi
Thanks for the reply. We tried that and the water is cold.
When we put i the auto reset theom, it worked for the first wash and we have not been able to get it to do a full wash again. It appears that the water is not heating at all. 😕

There is an underlying cause to the problem I believe.
Please check repairs@ and the diectories for an engineer to check the dishwasher and hopefully repair for you.

KeymasterI have a Necht dishwasher WP12-6015 3 months old, it went up in flames yesterday. Upon removal, I took the door off & the fire centred around the door switch. I cant get hold of Necht on the phone number in the manual, is there another way to contact them, I want the machine replaced. Thanks for any info

The Necht brand name is owned by Maple Industries, the dishwasher itself is manufactured by Haier.
It’s likely the dishwasher came with the kitchen as part of a package.

hi kheath
we’ve just bought and installed a Necht WQP12-9319 dishwasher, the first time we’ve used it it started and then beeped and stopped displaying an E2 error. Do you know what that is?
Thanks

Hi
There’s a couple of faults that can give the same symptons…..
Check,
1) water valve under the sink is on and as far as you can determine that the hose has not got a kink in it.
2) oversudsing because of 3 in 1 tablets used with rinse aid ( yes it will happen that quickly)Either of these can throw E2….however you are covered “in guarantee” and should contact your installer or Necht(see Dave’s post above) for service.
These dishwashers are not bad, yes they have the problem of oversudsing, causing the heater stat to trip out, but once you are aware of it and use the detergents correctly it should settle down and give you good service.
Plenty of manufacturers have this same problem, one day we’ll have a tablet we can reccommend to use as a detergent which won’t trigger this fault. 😉

No drain in the time allowed. Is it empty? The noise may well be the drain pump running continuously. By the same token, if the drain pump is running continuously, the base may be flooded. So, find the blockage or find the leak.
Power off if investigating or click the link below for some pro help.

I have had a Necht WQP12-6015 since August 2004, after a couple of months the thermostat went & was replaced under warranty. Now, last week, the main on-off button has stuck in & a fire nearly started in the door. I cannot reach Necht on their customer services number (0161) 622 3259 – Any ideas whether they are still trading? Also, I have tried to find an engineer through this site – I did not get a reply!

If you use the search function here:
http://www.ukwhitegoods.co.uk/modules.p … ile=search
And search for necht and/or haier you should find the answer as it’s a common problem 🙂
