    Left panel off:

    65 degree setting on.

Water drains for 20 seconds. Valve opens, water travels up the right hand channel, up and down again, past the float sensor.

The white pluger pushes the microswitch open whilst the water is flowing. It then closes after the water flow stops.

The red plunger never gets actuated.

    Thoughts?

Does the water matrix fill right to the top before syphoning it’s entire contents into the tub?

Which one is the water matrix:

Both the left tanks are full to the top the whole time.

The bluish one on the right fills up and overflows its entire contents into the tub.

Aha, that never happens. Its full but it never empties its contents into the tub. I will video the fill procedure.

Don’t trouble yourself, instead replace the drain valve below that water container as it’s obviously not opening (faulty solenoid coil or jammed).

I gave the back of the valve a tap with a screwdriver handle. All sorted now 🙂 IF it gets stuck again, I know what it is. Thanks for your help.
