Hi Guys
The Stable Version of rapport Call Handling And rapport Stock control has been released. If you guys have prior installation, please contact me before any update. For those of you who want to try for first time it is available

There are also screen shots on how to make it work on Windows.
For Mac installation it is slightly hard, but not too hard. However if you want to install there are Mac video tutorial here!October 13, 2014 at 7:00 pm #369735sudeep

Hello,
I would like to thank all who participated in the Rapport Call Handling Survey.
Survey URL:
http://www.rapportsoftware.co.uk/index.php/survey?source=forumsThis is Sudeep Talati, (Software Developer of Rapport Software and PhD student).
I am urgently seeking your help to evaluate my Rapport Call Handling software and your feedback is essential for me to complete my PhD.
Please complete the online survey on my software – Only 10 questions, taking 2 minutes of your time. I promise.
Please be reassured that your feedback is anonymous and so you can be as honest as you wish to be.
Even negative feedback is useful to me as it will help me analyse the software more closely and will be used as guide for improvement in later releases.
I have already 30 responses but unfortunately I need at least 60 as this feedback is not sufficient for my PhD.
Thank you for your time. It is very much appreciated.

Just started using Rapport and so far we are very impressed, both with the functionality of it and the customisation that Sudeep is willing to do.

I’ve just taken an interest in Rapport and was surprised by the online demo. I really do need to visit Specsavers. 🙁

Yes Martin, we also noticed that some jealous, ignorant, immature muppet who has no clue had vandalised it as well.
Business must be bad for the village idiot to stoop that low.

When you add to cart the call handling, it asks for login details. There also an option at bottom to register for it. Also here is the direct link if you want

Rapport is constantly being updated Ally and the user base has steadily increased. 😉
There’s been the likes of major changes to the like of the diary based on what users tell us, it’s been made a lot prettier, it’s going to be able to talk to more than it currently does as that’s in development now. We just plod on ticking off the stuff that’s most important to users first wherever possible.
I can tell you there’s some exciting stuff for it in the future. But, I’m not going to tell you what it is. 😆
What I don’t do, perhaps mistakenly, is come on here and start trumpeting every little change that’s been made but, if you looked at Rapport a year ago and looked at it today there’s a world of difference in it.
What we have found though is that it works out best if we advise on installation and help people with that so, best bet is to get hold of Sudeep and let him help you through that bit of it. Makes your life easier.
K.
