Many years ago as a supervisor for a large manufacturer I found the best way was a quiet word was always better than ” to tell it like it is”

This is the reason I keep asking questions about this .. If the staining was there before as she says, how is it the same now?

Yes, Staining usually happens in a manner that it is at its darkest nearest to the cause of the staining. Likewise, look for spatter patterns.. The more concentrated the staining, the closer to the source you are.

Rather than start a new thread I’ll ask hear?
Can we list the main causes of staining on cloths that we have come across.

I’ll start with:
Machines not being put through a 90 deg maintenance wash with descaler in areas of hard water once a month as a minimum.
