    Thanks Dave, manual was for to run through the machine from top to bottom with a trainee.

    It heats better when not on the economy setting.

    Would that cause it not to heat though? clamped the heater no voltage down to heater and not drawing amps.

    Thanks Dave you are a star, checked diagnostic earlier from what I could remember and got E54 if I counted correctly, not heating.

    Yes just noticed in the very long number below the bar code there are two 00 following that number, email martinappliancecare@gmail.com

    Seen on the news this morning one member of the public reported flames shooting out the rear of the machine which would be interesting to check that machine out.
