I am thinking of introducing a Dobber test before entertaining some members of the public.
This is a simple test to save us wasting our time and would go along the lines of,1. Do you know what day of the week it is?
2. Are you on benefits?
3. Do you do drugs or are you on a methadone program?
4. Do you have Cash today and not when your giro comes in?and the list is ongoing to suit your self, make up your own questions and have a bit of fun. :rotfl:

Perhaps Masterpart should post up a reply as to why there appears to be some problems for some customers.
To be fair i know you can’t please all of the people all of the time but as far as I can see masterpart customers are only ordering parts and not demanding any special treatment.
If i thought for one minuet that one of my customers was unhappy with the service i supply i would rather talk to them and deal with the problem head on.So come on master part what do you say, how about having a look and see if you can improve your service to all of your customers.

This is the problem that customers face with cowboys, how do they know who is competent or not.
I have 17th edition and gas safe registration and have never been asked for proof of competence from any member of the public. 😯Your factitious engineer would have to confess to being inexperienced for the customer to know, he is unlikely to do that is he?
