    hi cab,
    thats the stat alright,first time i’ve come across the problem as well,no frozen water,machine been off for 3 days.
    i’ll have to see how it goes with the capillary not in all the way,i suspect it wont stat out though as the capillary wont be on the evaporator correctly.

    no i haven’t, why is it a common problem ?
    i would have thought a tacho problem would have effected the wash program though.It will wash fine but will not spin correctly.

    thanks dave thats great.
    That is listed as a 70deg. stat at connect.It seems a little low for a inlet stat,i would have expected the exhaust stat to be about this rating.
