samsung is the name on the front of the microwave,and it looks like a samsung.I didn’t think lincat made commercial microwaves.
Lincat is just written above the numbers on the rating plate.
I still think i will need a samsung part number.
i’ll give lincat a try though.

i’ve been out and sorted it,the exhaust stat was testing fine on the meter but breaking down under load and going open circuit.

sounds like a board replacement whatever the cause,customer doesn’t think he wants to pay more than £70 for repair,so it could be a no go.

maybe,but looking at the wiring diagram the drain pump will still run if the
contacts are not made in the interlock,and the” door locked ” light on the front wouldn’t work if the interlock contacts were not made.
