not fan motor as thats runing fine .. trying to upload photo .. but keeps saying file to big .. cant see why. as just a pic of the oven ?:confused:
This doesn’t have a defrost timer parts you can buy are the pcb or the defrost heater assembly complete ..
mmm a might have thought tampering with a board a bit dodgy tbh …. what if it goes wrong ? think you would be in the shit?naw:rolleyes:
a think i would just replace the board .. wonder what causes board to blow ?the motor ? door interlock maybe ?also do these types of boards hold a charge ,,can you get a shock off them .?even if been off for a while ?
you say in rush resistor . is this like a fuse you can just replace ?or we talking soldering in a resistor ?
you done any off these ? do you thinks its main pcb …a dont think its worth getting involed. its 50 mile way from me in glasgow . letting agent i do work for tho … mmmm :rolleyes:.
not done any for years but remember some of the ones say 12 -15 years ago .. you went into facier panel at top .. and by passed one of them and it worked .. fine ..cant remember how ,, a must be getting old
i wouldnt get involved mate .. i have fixing f/freezers since 1985 .. these frost free ones are a nightmare .. i dont even try to fix them :mad:,,..
inrush thats a new word for me ? what causes that .. to damage board ? spike in electricity ? or might be motor ? these brusless machines are crap ..:confused:
yeh it was .. a walked away as didnt want to touch. any gas bits .. put it all back together 😡 . but spoke to a gas guy ,, said i was almost there .. just needed to losen gas buner frame .. comes away as one seemingly enough to get .. fan out :confused:maby next time
