    I’ve been through the process and it seems straightforward but you will need some key pieces of information like Tax Ref Number / NI Number plus a form of formal ID (I had no problem using my passport.)

    You cannot claim your grant until 8am on 16th May 2020.

    However, it seems to me like basic common sense for us all to be registered on the system ahead of the date when the grant can be claimed simply because their website could be under considerable load once the grants go live. It should make claiming the grant much easier than having to register your details and establishing your formal ID etc on the actual day.

    dont think so pal. handle felt fine/ .done loads and usually just force door open .. pecker brakes off and fit new handle kit.. the 2 middle flashing lights suggest communication error from board ..although might have been the door lock.. all never know now :rolleyes:

    got no calls friday but getting a lot of paperwork sorted may even get a chance to tidy up (a sign of no work to do). Managed to get an order into Qualtex as now they are closed, till when, Who knows when, will have to look elsewhere if i want spares. They did say they are going to wait 14 days and look at how things have changed

    mmmm difficult one .. as you say .. as you turn it off ,, you have to turn back through the other settings ,,so what do you think it is mate ?wonder if a should tell customer, to try the top oven and see what happens ?

    i have lamona hja8514 which i need to replace .. i know they are from howdens .. but they are robbbing …… when do parts search comes up as a hoover model .. howdens now use bekos i think ,, so dont know what type make is best .. am looking at a baumatic or hoover ,, but not sure tbh ?
