    All double Dutch to me Ken I just use mine for talking. LOL…..

    A wee tip…. someone mentioned the cost of phoning customers to arrange a call was costing them an arm and a leg….. Tip No one. Phone the customer up let it ring twice and hang up. If they are in they will 1471 and phone you back being the nosey blighters that they are. Works most times with me…………………..

    Minimum standards…………….. Don’t make me laugh. In the south you might be able to pick and chose engineers. I’ve advertised for an engineer for over ten months without success. The best I’ve been offered is a guy that worked casual for a cowboy outfit in Glasgow….with no real training.

    I know this is a fairly old post Ken but have you tried Bluetooth technology. No wires! Works really well.

    Thanks for that Dave.
    I changed the grill thermostat thinking along the same lines as you. Although it still wont regulate which makes me think it might be wired up wrong. Unfortunately the cust had to go and pick up kids from school. I will book another appointment and let you know the outcome. 😯
