just had someone come in to have a look at the fridge. He said its was the module, the dial that controls the temp wasn’t working? does that make sense?? Is it worth fixing or shall I get a new fridge freezer?

the reading is 1- 3.5 mega ohms between earth and contacts to element.

so I need a new heater element ??!!

can someone please confirm what the reading should be on the element
if there’s suppose to be one.

just spoke to my cousin and he said that the reading is 1- 3.5 mega ohms
between earth and contacts to element, which confirms a leakage.

I’m afraid money is an issue for me, otherwise I would have just
gone out to get a new machine.

my cousin will be doing the diy job.

does the part have a code number and how many parts are there?
and also if someone could point me in the right direction in getting
the part and some tips on how to do the job will be much appreciated.
