Hummm well i’m surprised that didn’t work if it were me i would replace the pressure switch as there is prob. still water stuck inside the switch ,i would be shocked if it had damaged the pcb and replacing the pressure switch is worth a punt. as its a fairly low cost part to try first 😉

havent seen any “graded” bush or haiers, so would it be right to assume they just scrap them, in which case, oh how very green…
:rolls:
Thompsons in Woster do quite a few … parts are near enough impossible to get hold of though.

yea sounds like water has got back up into the pressure system.! The “switch” is a pressure switch, this is what is attached to the little black pipe i was on about . take it off dry it out by swinging it back and forth to get any water out of the pressure switch. Hope this helps DJ

In all honesty its probably not worth taking them to court for that amount,we wanted to take our videographer from our wedding to court and that was for 1200 but we were advised it wasn’t worth it. I would continue writing letters and by all means threaten to take action. Just make a nuisance our of yourself.ring twice a day . It doesn’t matter if they get pd off because if they don’t you will never do work for them again anyway.

Oh I was also just thinking I worked on a zanussi t/d a few weeks back I don’t know if it is the same set up but that wasn’t heating and it turned out there is a little cut out behind the facia panel its tucked right down between the top of the drum and the facia. 😉 again hope this helps DJ

It sounds to me like either the PCB has gone or the pressure system is blocked. What you need to d is turn off the power to avoid :zap: then take off the lid and you will see (prob. On the right) a round switch with a black tube running from it down into the base. Take that off and blow down it. Also remove the switch and gently blow and suck on the end and makesure it clicks. Then put it all back together and try it. Hope this helps DJ
