Have you tried changing the outlet pump it could be a bit of a “poor pumper”? Also i changed a heater on one last week and that wasn’t pumping very well also so investigated a little further. The pipe that leads from the sump to the chamber (its a little bit of a bitch to get at) was all gunnged up with fat.unblocked it it was 100{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} better I guess it could be a combination of the two factors? hope this could help a little fresh ideas. 😉

When I select ‘RESET’ with the machine full, the drain pump cycles on and off at this point as well a couple of times before draining steadily.Noted water pressure is quite high, could this be an impellor jug problem?
If so does anyone have the part number, how easy is it to change?
TIA.
Jim.
I always thaught when you press reset (especially on newer models) that is how it does it , comes on for 3sec. then off then on 3 secs. and then on and pumps for about another min? Because it always makes me think there is something wrong and then i remember!

If you unwind the front feet a little and tilt the fridge back,then pour a little water down the hole does it come out on top of the drip tray on the compressor?also that wire should go all the way down and out by the compressor drip tray.

loving the quotes;
“unbalanced load”.-ok reasonable
“too little washing powder”.-possible depends what fault was reported.
“doesn’t face the sun”.- ok fella now your just making it up!
“Two engineers told me I was overloading the machine “. “It’s ridiculous.”- ok so maybe you are…. lol
And the final straw for me was this one….The legal accountant said: “It’s only used maybe twice a fortnight as it’s at my holiday home in Crail. But it won’t spin properly and the clothes come out soaking.-OK if you can afford a 2nd home maybe buy a better machine than a bush you tight arse! 😉
