Re: Kwatt getting an ear full

Again a good point I have done this before on a machine that I had to wait for parts for and it really is a confrontation killer . I’ve got a feeling that thus guy is the sort that would moan even then.I hunk the issuebalso is that he is blaming ISE and unfortunately ig is really out of there hands. But on that note mabe a loan machine would help.could be a cheaper option than that taxi .Also might help k’s blood pressure 😉

lol its a very good point george and im afraid you do have to be a synic in this industry sometimes… “are you sure no one has been trying to mess with this pump mrs. jones? (on a washing machine within gu0rntee)”no Mr morgan” “oh ok why are have the wires been pulled off and the pump has tool marks all over it?” “I don’t kmow mr morgan” :con: :plug: :plug: mr morgan-:hmm:

I do wunder sometimes what people have planned in there heads sometimes. I still cant get over tem asking for a taxi to bring the part :rotl:

I was thinking that when it was mentioned in the forum about carbons after a couple of years they are giving it a propper going over. Unfortunately its the old thing of “you touched it last must be your fault!” even if its a totally different fault and they have been putting it through the mill. I had a problem with ordering a zan. w/m front weight, it took 7 attempts before one got through un-damaged(well a little chip off the one side)but it would do … that was DHL. I’m impressed you kept your ragg when they said about the taxi that made me :snigger:

    Cheers DJ

How do Britannia get away with it? surely they should have to supply parts at a reasonable price. Because at the end of the day they are pricing us out of the job! which is what the car industry started doing and ended up getting a big slap on the wrist, and told to play fair. Why can’t the white goods industry do the same?

Ive gotta be honest i do like asking alot of questions because it means i can give more answers! The TOC thing was, i think someone posted a reply something like “have you checked the TOC?” and stryer wrote “whats a TOC? give me a clue” and i wrote some clever comment like” maybe thermally operated cut out?” but who ever wrote that then deleted for some reason , so i deleted my comment so i didn’t sound like a mad man with turrets ! whew i need a break after that lol :coffee:

So what’s it not doing condensing the water?.. its gotta be either the valve or the pcb not giving power to the valve to let in water if that is the case? :hmm:
