Re: Maytag MTD09 WD Condenser dryer F04 error

    No Im afraid not
What they have done it covered it in sensors, I have found three so far
A magnetic door sensor and two others within the body
All new to me and Maytag/Whirlpool wont help

Re: Maytag MTD09 WD Condenser dryer F04 error

    Hiya
Done all that, its all clear and the condenser is dry and clean
The error code is still showing and wont clear down

I think If the code can be cleared down it will probably work?

This was the reply from LG customer support !!
Product Support Agent: there isn’t a button but there should be a pull down cover at the bottom front of the unit – and on the right will be a screw out filter/plug – please be sure to have enough towels to soak up the water not to damage or cause a mess.

    Barry

I deal in graded and new
For obvious reasons traders will keep their sources close to their chest

I can get you what ever you want but obviously we have to pay a price for them, some are new returns and some are the machines the main players take away when they install a new one

    Give me a call sometime

    Guys

I need an engineer on an ad hoc basis in Leamington Spa
Nothing major just a few machines a week if you need something to tide you over

    Hi May

Not so much the manafacturer but what about a supplier at retail level?
There are many like myself who supply quality graded machines with warranty within the price bracket

Re: Whirlpool AWZ 7913 6th sense tumble dryers

    Hi John

Mostly no heat, Iv’e changed elements etc but it never seems to rectify the problem so Im’e giving them up as a bad job.
I have a niggly suspicion it is something to do with the 6th sense technology and the added gizzmo’s.

The real dilema is that some days they work and some they dont !!
If you read the handbook it goes on about ambient temp in the room, but Im’e not wearing that at all….as far as Im’e concerned they are rubbish.

The graded market place is swarming with the things

    Hi Stu

It seems your getting nowhere fast with that machine?
Sadly there are some bad reviews on that model….but you dont want to hear that !

I suspect it is the pressure switch, cut your losses and get a local based engineer to come out and have a look to put you out of the misery and get the machine doing what it’s supposed to do.

    Re: Whirlpool AW0 D5050 pump

Iv’e come across this a few times now, it was the waste pipe causing the issue.
Remove the pipe and throughly clean it out, I find gently knocking and bashing it will release any built up limescale and hopefully remove any blockage.
