    Re: Fagor In Bankruptcy

    we have just received this……..
    Hello,

You should shortly receive a letter announcing that the statutory directors of De Dietrich have started proceedings to put the company into liquidation.

A creditors meeting has been arranged for 11th August in London.

With regards to existing warranties, this should be addressed directly with the liquidators, James Cowper, through the channels that they advise in the letter.

We thank you for your custom.

    Kind regards

    The Team
    De Dietrich Kitchen Appliances Limited

    Re: Fagor In Bankruptcy

I have heard from a source today that de-dietrich uk have closed its doors. nobody in the office and the doors are closed. the normal service number has been re-directed back to de-dietrich and there is nobody there to answer.

    Re: The Whirlpool Thing

whirlpool customer services are absolutely diabolical, I have spent hours trying to sort out faulty items, and damaged items with them, we now have no rep as they have laid half of them off, I would not be surprised if they did another servis!!
There deliveries take 2 weeks when they say 3 days does everyone else have the same problems or is it just us!

well there has been talk for a while about them going bump. the final nail in the coffin was the credit being revoked by the insures, same as bdc no credit and not enough working capital. as they say cash is king and when theres no cash theres no business…
oh well at least there will be more business for the rest of us.. maybe the boys at empire shouldn’t have been driving those ferrari’s..

biasco’s website locks up and when you ring there nummber it tells you to contact your credit card provider. obviously another internet dealer gone again. when will the public realise that cheap prices mean cheap service.. and when will the manufacturers realise that they should be dealing with brick and mortar retailers only
