Solved it! 😀

I got inside the unit and it appears that a feed hose had worked loose. Took it off and reseated it and all OK now. Oh the joys of a successful repair! 😀

Cheers for the replies folks. It’s my guess that the £50 I spent was wasted on pattern parts then (that included diagnosis and fitting – should have found here first 😳 )

The old brushes had 3 years of cloth nappy use before giving out, so I expected better from these. Can anybody recommend a reliable supplier for genuine laminated brushes? I don’t trust those on eBay to actually be genuine…
