    Re: CREDA slot in 48356

Hi — the grill and top oven are seperate units. The top oven has a range of temps but nothing else relating to the grill operation. The grill does have options both ways for half and full settings.

I did think that the top oven switch may have to be on for grill to work specially as some wires from grill go to top oven switch but it seems like they are indepenant of each other. So are you not sure about this trigger pcb as as before I’ve said that the only 2 wires from grill switch to have power are the ones going to that pcb ???????????

    Thanks Brett

Hi Seamy — Yes the top oven isn’t just a stat it does have switch at the front of it that some wires from the grill regulater do go to. So may that have failed maybe??

But the top oven stat was in the off position when I tried the grill so how could it have any bearing on the grill working or not?? I’m thinking that the 2 wires I had mains on were going to this pcb (called a trigger pcb) so surely that is the fault??

The customer is chasing an answer but I don’t want to make the wrong discision.

    Thanks Brett

Thanks very much for all your help but why might a chaffed wire only do something once the prog is almost over as thats the only time it trips out ?????????

Hi there — As far as I’m aware the only place to obtain Nardi parts used to be Independant Services if they still do them ?
