    He may be happy moving the knobs around to compensate for the broken one though.

    The De-Dietrich part I need is a control knob(silver in colour)for a FM4827U21 oven.
    There are three knobs and there all the same.

    Well said Jonah!.
    I hope the small companies will be involved in Network DASA as a lot of good things come from working with the `one man bands`.

    We are more personal and I believe more concerned for our customers and we definatly try harder than the bigger companies.

    I`m referring now to manufacturer service and not you good people within this group,attitude is so important and is often forgotten by the manufacturer engineer who calls to repair and often leaves the customer with a very poor image,I hear it all the time.

    I agree with you Jonah and hope, along with you, for a different approach to the `little man`.
