ParticipantThanks for replying Dave.
I haven’t re attended yet as it’s a tenanted property and landlord is still making his mind up but I will be doing the earth leakage tests if I go back.
I appreciate your input.

ParticipantHi Dave.
Went back today and cleared the child lock setting.
It worked
Thanks so much for that especially as there’s no mention of a child lock facility in the English user manual.
My customer is a pensioner and recently lost her husband so she was very pleased not to have more problems to deal with.

ParticipantThe dishwasher worked fine for three washes after fitting the drain valve then e19 came up again.
I’ll be going back in a couple of days so I’ll check board connections and the cabling to the valve.
Have you come across this before Dave?.
Thanks for the input.

Mark the position of motor end frame against rear plastic with a marker pen
Unscrew 4 motor screws and rotate it to release pressure on jockey
Fit belt and stretch it by rotating the motor back into position with a lever or pipe pliers
While holding motor in previously marked position refit the screwsThanks guys for your replies.
i attended today and tried Mervs way.
All was good until trying to line up the motor to refit the screws.
I couldn’t position the motor whilst holding it and tensioning the belt as well.
It needs a second pair of hands so customer is going to help me tomorrow.
I know these belts are tight but this is unusually tight.
I’ll give the other method a go tomorrow if I’m still struggling.
Thanks again for your help.
