    Thanks for the reply Dave…..the house has had a neutral fault.So the appliance doesnt power up at all….we know it will be the pcb….we cannot remove the pcb for repair only replace it as it is contract work for a power co we do work for.

    thanks for prompmt reply…….the pcb is definatley blown as its in bits here and has at some point been on fire……so defo the pcb….

    thanks for your reply stratfordgirl…..i wasnt but am now….however the appliance we are trying to repair has had a neutral fault and the pcb is blown to smithereens,i dont want to purchase a new pcb until im sure theres nothing else wrong with it……

    Thanks for the help, but the blockage seems to be in the drain between the drain hole and the pump housing which is all sealed as far as i can tell. (drain hole is full to brim, pump housing is pretty much empty)
    Is there a way to clear the blockage without the use of a large hammer? Cheers..

    If the door is not sealing then the build up of ice will be caused by this.If they are sealing then it maybe a thermostat problem…

    We arent sure which one it is as the machine came to us with no soap drawer.The machine is an ex display model that lost its soap drawer in transit….
