That’s the timer part number 😉

    Main oven thermostat – 082618437

Still not cheap though, about £45 -£50 from the usual places 🙁

Even though the motor is shown there’s no part number for it 🙁

    Connect’s part number is 5031683186915 though 🙂

I’ve fitted them quite a few times 😉

All the main spares distributors show both as alternatives for each other 🙂

Re: Hotpoint fridge/freezer link assembly kit

Those are side by side link kits according to the Hotpoint description but I guess they come with various options given the rather ambitious price tag 😉

Safety is the main factor, making sure the fridge doesn’t get knocked off so I would secure it with something. In theory there is no reason why you can’t sit one on top of the other.

And you’ll never see me wear a tie unless I really have to 😉

Could you post the part number of the kit please, it’s not listed as a spare against those models 🙂

8996460690507 is the seal as you’ve mentioned 😉

8996461220809 is the nut that holds the salt container in place (sits underneath the cap)

    Both recognised by Masterpart

    Re: AEG dishwasher.

It is the salt dispenser cap (it’s just the cap, no seal), if it isn’t I’ll buy it off you 😉

On Masterpart’s site go to > Part Code then select “any” both 8996460690507 and 8996461220957 are recognised 🙂

    Re: Diplomat ADP 8224

If it was E5 it’s a no fill error.

I think this one needs to go a full cycle (if it gets that far) and see exactly what’s happening as far as the PCB goes before condenming it.

I can’t tell if the stat by the heater is a manual reset type or not but it’s a 4 tag and both contacts (according to the wiring diagram) ahould be NC.
