Probably just the module (obsolete :()
The neon is normally connected to the same terminal as the element on the stat so the oven wouldn’t work correctly if the stat was faulty I doubt.
QER may have stock of these, I doubt they’ll be able to repair the faulty one if it’s blown to bits 馃檪

Try a reset:
路 Open the door of the dishwasher.
路 Push and hold the button of the current washing cycle, for 3 seconds.
路 All program’s LEDs will flash simultaneously (RAPID 32′ excluded).
路 Close the door of the dishwasher and wait for the end of the phase of drain.
路 Re-open the door of the dishwasher.
路 Now, the LED of the “favorite” washing cycle is flashing. You can confirm it,
choose a different one or switch OFF the machine.I’ve emailed some tech info as well that should be helpful 馃檪
