    Done 🙂

I would have thought emails to sales@ get passed on to technical regarding stock/backorder issues ??

    Re: Whirlpool AWO 10561 F23?

The fault codes only go as far as F21 on SIOS 😕

I would suspect the control unit unless anyone else knows differently 🙂

I would sent them an email to Italy asking for a contact, Google shows nothing in the UK apart from aload of eBay listings 🙂

The serial number suggests 1994 but Electrolux (by the PNC) show it as 1999 😕

Could you post the serial number here please, 1701583 only fits your model after a certain date 🙂

Re: Masterpart – Out Of Stock

Slightly off topic from the original post but it’s an apt enough title 🙂

Quite frankly, I am very dissapointed with them of late with backorders/no stock/low stock.

They have let me down badly several times and I would guess I’m not alone.

Quoting lead times on parts that that show up weeks later than the ETA, keeping a part on backorder for three months and when I chase told it’s obsolete, parts showing as “low stock” are put on backorder and then no reply to requests for an ETA.

Yes, I know the “August” syndrome effects things this time of the year but…

If it’s the black bakelite part, it’s part number 082077803 (Stoves) 🙂

    It’s called the “hinge foot”

Connect or Masterpart, both are Delonghi distributors but that model number doesn’t look right and isn’t recognised 😉

Connect or SEME for spares but you’ll need the rest of the serial number no doubt 😉

    Re: Prestige PR60BISOE grill element

Using a bit of cross refering, the base element also fits the Kenwood CKB300, if you search on Connect for that model, it shows two upper elements, one of them will be the right one no doubt 😀

    Re: HOTPOINT FF90 SHOWING +21 ???????

Probably the evaporator thermistor (2601683) but most of the time it’s worth replacing the freezer one while you’re in there (2600283).

Check the fan motor is running (or not as the case may be) 😉

Re: indesit WA155 three flash fault

3 flashes is a heat control problem which can be any number of things to be honest with these machines.

NTC, wiring issues, the PCB 😕

Power off if checking inside please or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer 🙂
