    I am still having problems with this machine. I have now tried your repairs link but it asks me for the manufacturer. Can you tell me who this is? Thanks

    It’s playing up again…had an engineer look at it but on the day he came it wouldn’t replicate the fault. However, it now spins OK, but sticks soon after the programme starts, but carries on through the cycle if I move the controller on a little. However, it is not heating the water…help (again)

    After some months of tedious washing up I thought I should get this sorted!

    An engineer has examined the dishwasher and told me it needs a new heating element – but these seem to be hard to find. Can anybody help?

    Thanks for your reply. No, it doesn’t connect to the u bend and does empty quickly enough.

    How do I find out about the motor and brushes? You’ve lost me there!
