ParticipantThere is a small control box on the wall next to the boiler used for setting on/off times etc, I can switch heating or water on by pressing a button. Repeat presses cycles through different options. On for 1 hour, On constant, Off or Programmed.

ParticipantSorry I’ve not replied sooner. I managed to add some water using the black tap as you suggested. All seems to be OK at the moment. Thanks very much for the help.

Thanks for your help Bryan. There’s been talk of getting a new cooker so this might be the time. If not I know an appliance engineer I would think could sort it.
