Have had this problem on Hotpoints that are a couple of years old…replace the Upper Hopper Cover Assembly
Plenty of paperwork to submit, require photos of work pretty standard nowadays… also paid for labour in advance 😉
Definitely one or more relays fail …..couldn’t find in UK had to import on slow boat from China do ASWO stock them?
The red water alarm is flashing and beeping during the filling phase…continues to fill and then starts washing where the wash motor runs at a lower speed where only the lower spray arm rotates.
Wondered if anyone got experience with the above model of Beko integrated dishwasher.
Power up the dishwasher and all led’s light and there’s a beep then nothing cannot switch it on. Is it common that the touch panels fail or is it the main control pcb or both? Checked door harness.As I recall the customer called back to say it completed one drying cycle on timed then it failed again.
A bit late now but the I thought Its better to post my fix. I cleared the pump chamber of wet lint reassembled the pump and ran it again all appeared to be working fine. 24 hours later call back to the same problem pulled the pump out again and scrubbed it clean with a toothbrush voila sorted.
Fault codes displayed are 07 17 & 07 19. rapid temperature increase Ntc’s all check out in service mode and ohms measurement
Thanks, Dave, it turns out I’m looking at a F06 door won’t open/unlock or control board fault. I cannot recreate the fault customer states load spun no water left in drum. No insulation problems which surprised me considering it’s located in an outdoor coal cellar.
The fault code from the customer is wrong the actual code is E64 no mention of it in the service manual. Door locks and two beeps nothing after that door will eventually unlock if left.
I’m the same getting too old for all the guess work nowadays, eBay’s prices are better. Was picking up the Hotpoint askoll dishwasher wash pumps for £38.00 Inc delivery…. connect price £88 + vat Hoover washing machine wash motor £45.00 delivered new in box. Some items are obviously ex van stock.
