    Re: EPOS Question

    With reference to Steve’s comments,
We’ve been with Hatchgate software for a good number of years and can honestly say if we’ve had a problem it’s only been a minor one, the time it’s taken to sort any problem has always been the same day.
As far as the programme goes I can’t find any system that is more suited to our industry, whenever any of us that use this system suggest an idea that would be beneficial to the programme Paul has been more than accommodating in implementing it into the system.

Hi Alan I’ve had exactly the same symptoms as what you have described, on closer examination of the motor brushes they had caused the commentator to wear which had caused the module to blow, it was quite clear once the module had been taken out what had happened. Steve

    Re: Bosch WAS28760GB14 reset

Turn the appliance knob to the off or reset position, 12 o’clock.
Turn the knob to the 6 o’clock position.
Press and hold the spin button.
Whilst holding it, turn the knob to the 7 o’clock position.
Continue holding the spin button for about 5 seconds.
    Release the button.
    Turn the knob to off.
When your turn it back on it should have cleared the error code.
    Hope this helps Steve..

Re: new software for service/stock/data management

    Hi all,

This is my first post, although I have been a member of the forum for some time and regularly watch whats going on.

I can agree with Peter Jay and Apples comments above. I installed the Mercury Service Manager and Mercury Stock Manager programmes from Hatchgate Software almost two years ago. I am self-employed, so I initially thought the software would be too expensive, however I took the plunge and purchased it (paying monthly instalments for 1 year) and now that I have used it I can say I am really impressed, and its well worth the money. It does everything I need and has saved me lots of time, plus Paul from Hatchgate is really helpful and always there if you need him. He has made a lot of additions to the programmes to suit the way our trade works. If you are looking for a good service and stock system send Paul an email or give him a call.

    Steve
