ParticipantDave, it works now, when i clicked it earlier it came up with ‘module does not exist’ or something similar. i’ve submitted my details and am waiting for a call 🙂

i just moved into this house… there is no cookerbox from what i can see….the existing oven is electric, i think it may just be connected to the consumer unit.ezman

the oven is down to 450 in the sale + they’ve done a combo deal with the hob for 549….(the electric oven/gas hob is 499)thanks

well it seemed quite a good quality model in the shop, definitely had a more solid feel to it than others in the price range, but then again, you guys are experts 😆 i’ve actually ordered this, can still cancel it but if it’ll cook my dinner with no probs then hell, i can’t be bothered 😀 (wife forced me to the shops shortly after xmas, 2 hobs out of 4 not working, can hardly switch oven off due to wear to knobs!!!)

first person i called quoted me £130+vat and maybe more. The second, more local to me, quoted £24ph plus vat, that’s with me helping the guy lift the oven in and take the old one out.

thanks for your replies, i’ve got a budget for £500 and it has to be electric. Could anybody recommend a stainless steel electric oven and hob combi within that price?
