Dave, thanks for diagnosis, yes it has the rotary control to select programmes etc.
Any data on power supply-voltage etc & I would check with meter.

I emailed nordMende when my washing machine needed drum bearings. Got an automated reply stating customer service would contact me. Nothing heard since.
Rang suppliers of the washing machine, they told me they no longer stock
norMende (wonder why?) & they were unable to recommend a service man

You are right about flashing lights, slight leak from bottom of drum made its way
to heating element terminals, after drying & checking all electrical connections
normal service restored – fingers crossed.
Talked to a local serviceman, not very helpful, he says I will be lucky to get 3 months from drum repair.
Could be sour grapes, knowledge share on the web has affected their income??

Thanks for advice, replaced drum bearings & seal, used “FAG” bearings 6204Z, 6203Z, SEAL 25X47X10 from motor factors.
Ran ok for 2 washes, developed intermittent flashing lights & program not finishing?
nordMende have ignored my emails, should be rebranded “needMending”
