Why can’t you return them just because they have been opened?
If they are faulty then whether they are wrapped or not does not come into it. You have the same rights as any other consumer and these suppliers need to realise this.

does the programmer stop at another prog or does it just rotate continuously? If a prog has not been cancelled b/4 timer has been reset it will default back to that prog, only other cause I can think of is bad connection or faulty prog selector.

Have left it for a good 5 mins – I know what u mean about taking its time to fill but this one empties for about 5 mins then stops for about 2 mins then starts to empty again.
