    motor was fine and also the belt

    Hi Jem I went through the test sequence to find fault and thats the error i was getting,When I checked the machine I noticed the drum was seized solid would that be the reason cheers,

    thanks for the help the problem was the drain pump. easy enough to fit only catch is trying to remove the cover that hides the pump and water chamber. clips that hold it in to place are very tight to open .

    Hi I have taken the pump out and noticed the small rubber impellor off the plastic shaft would this be the cause.also can you replace the impellor or is it a new pump that is needed

    Hi iadom,Thanks for the reply iam not too good using a computer so excuse my punctuality,do you know how to remove the cover thats what IAM HAVING TROUBLE WITH,also will there not be heat if there a poblem in this area just was reading on other site,I have took out filter bottom left front of machine and tilted machine forward and some water ran out onto floor,the machine water light went out and it worked away then for a while heated up, but its is back to the same again light on and no heat many thnks in advance..
