    Thanks.

Just had the customer on the phone shouting at me telling me the machine is only just over 2 years old and it should not go wrong so quickly….I think I know where this is going. Great start to the week.

Beko example 10-104133-04, having just spoken to Beko the first two digits are year and the last two are month so 2010 April (10 & 04). The rest in between I don’t know.

    Hi,
I have searched the forum and found general posts but nothing specific to what I am looking for i.e. specific to cookers.

    I got the correct model, APL3120 🙂
Can anyone advise on the costs and where to buy a handle or complete door for this oven?

    Thanks.

I understand what you are saying completely and I have thought about it myself. Merloni service is extremely poor and we end up having to visit the customer to rectify any problems.

What other cheapish brands would you recommend for washing machines or washer dryers? Tricity Bendix? Tricity Bendix and Zanussi are about £50 more expensive than the Indesits but if they are generally more reliable and the service back is better than maybe we need to consider switching.

    Hi,
My suppliers are DAD and Portway and sometimes DART. At the moment I am having great difficulty in getting an appointment with an engineer – everytime I call they say the engineers diary is blank and we’ll call you back. I have 4 machines waiting for repair, 2 are less than 30 days old!

Are there any other competitive suppliers who can match DAD and Portway?

I haven’t been to check the oven yet, it was fitted last week new.

Just to update the thread, the engineer replaced the EEPROM and Module and has ordered a pressure switch. The pressure switch he tried gave the same problem, not sure if it was new though.

Some customers are never educated! As its a DSS tenant they just want a new hob so they keep complaining that they can’t eat and we get the call to go and fix the hob.

I have seen a thermometer in CPC for about £50 range from -20c to 550c might buy that and see how useful it is and maybe get a better one later on.

Thanks for that I will call them later on. Do stoves make stuff for Hygena? I ordered park for an Icebox integrated fridge and that was under Servis with masterpart.
