    Thanks for that mate,found that page to lol.Will give it a try to day.Also said about upgrading software so might lose the job if this doesn’t work.ASKO job isn’t it!! Thanks again for the reply

    Think you may find model number is adp4500 but looks like whirlpool use the same model number for a dishwasher so careful lol

    Think the one youre looking for is GDP082605018 if its the MK2 otherwise must be a modification coz i keep getting the same one come up for the 540 Hope it helps Gav

    try masterpart if its the clip on type un51205 (5.99 + also fits newer ones) or bs51116 for the full kit (askoll next time) local to me so V. handy(14.99+ for 3 or more)

    has the fridge plate at the back got silver pipes running behind it (heaters) if so a VT9 thermostat should do the job (if yours only used 2 wires and earth,use pins 4 & 6
