    Hi
You will have to drain the tank down with the little drain tube first.
The main filter cap is probably jammed because of some foreign object and undoing it may (most probably IMHO) destroy the inner of the filter.

Take your time and you may get away without damage 😕

    Hi
If you can make the dishwasher empty then you do not have a problem with the drain pump 😉
The stuttering is more likely caused by a semi blocked ribbed pipe behind lower plinth, caused by fiid debris/crud build up.
The pipe will pull off as its only “o” ringed in, clean thoroughly and test.
    Should be ok then.

    Re: Bosch motor removal

I must agree with superfix, its quicker and easier to remove motor.
Also it would be a devil to clean the carbon dust from around the motor (that can track over) and harder to clean the com from underneath surely 😕 😀
If it has a base (most have now) you would have to lay it on its side to remove torx screws (making a harder job IMHO)

I guess ATEOTD its all down to preference and no way is the wrong way, but…………. 😉

Flow meter is the biggest culprit for overfilling and other fill problems TBH 😉

Do you have a “-” in the display? If you have, try powering up then holding select button in for at least 6 seconds until “-” disappears, that removes the lock.
Failing that either a faulty door lock or power board IMO.
