Re: Bosch WTL 5400 GB/04 Skipping Cycle

    Just had a thought.
If the appliance is under loaded, then there is a chance that there will be not enough fabric between the drum and the paddles to actually sense a load ie machine thinking clothes are dry hence the short prog 😕

    Hi
In that case its worth removing r/h panel and locating uplift hose to dispenser.
Remove both ends and make sure its clear top to bottom and also remove uplift pump and check impeller for fluff chaffing (ooer)

    Hi
Can’t find that model, but if its a condenser dryer, have you thoroughly cleaned the condenser unit, that the vent is clear and fan is working efficiently?

    Hi
Removing with motor in situ may be ok, but let me know how you get on fitting the new ones without removing motor. 😀
Im not saying its impossible but for the sake of 2 bolts to remove, the time saved and your sanity; its worth it 😉

    Hi
It maybe worth you checking the diverter part of the heater.
They tend to get water ingress from leaking o rings where the heater unit attaches to sump. A known culprit to make a clicking noise, trip the electric and in certain instances take out the module.
As for being dead, I would re check you have plugged connectors on module in the right location. Even though they are keyed IIRC at least one will fit where it shouldn’t 😉

Power off if you are to attempt any of this :plug:

    Hi
Usual suspect is the force of the water entering the drawer, blasting the powder everywhere.
Try turning the cold fill tap to the machine down, to stop this from happening. 🙂
